So you've heard the good news about Kenya...here's some more good news....To update you on what is going on with the Omondi's and our journey back to Kenya. We are praising God that we are almost at full monthly support and our plans are to pack up and leave Denton, Texas next Thursday March 6th and head for North Carolina to finish our support raising and to visit Allisons' family and our friends there before we go. We don't have tickets yet but are planning to leave for Kenya around March 31st.
Here's some things you can be praying for us:
- Praise God with us that we very close to being at 100% of our monthly support we need to return to Kenya! We trust God that the small remaining will come in quickly.
- Pray for us as we say good bye to our friends and family here in the States. Its always and exciting time to be going back but hard time emotionally to leave those we love behind.
- Pray that all the logistics of packing up and wrapping things up in the States will go smoothly
- Pray for our marriage, that even in the midst of the hustle and bustle of transitioning back to Kenya, that our first ministry would be to each other, and that our lives would be centered on Christ!
